The Los Angeles Equestrian Center is 75 acres
large with a world-class horse show complex featuring many
breeds and disciplines at 45 equestrian events a year, over
500 boarding stalls, 17 horse trainers, a tack shop and equestrian
gift shop, food and beverage banquet facilities, and generally
the hub of horse activities in Los Angeles.
In the boarding operation, there are three types of stalls
to choose from, pipe stalls, located at Barns D, E, and F
are 12'x12' and rent for $453.00 per month, half wood box
stalls located in the Polo Barns are 10'x10' and rent for
$469.00 and some larger half wood box stalls Polo Barns
are 10'x20' and rent for $650.00, and full wood box stalls
with a tack locker in the stall, located in Barn A, B, and
C are 12'x12' and rent for $599.00. There are plenty of sun
pens for use, some turn out corrals - limited on use by time
and day of the week, hot walkers, wash racks, and many riding
areas - including a dressage ring. Our superior maintenance
team and equipment consistently keep the footing in great
condition. Access to approximately 50 miles of Griffith Park
horse trails is conveniently located from our property perimeter.
Overall, the Los Angeles Equestrian Center is a conveniently
located, amenity filled, nice place to board your horse. Dale Perkins,

or show you the barns.
Included in the boarding is feeding hay cubes twice daily,
cleaning the bedding and adding new pine shavings to the
stall. As a boarder of the Center you are welcome to ride
in several areas, use the hot walkers, wash racks, turn outs, as management designates,
and ride in the Equidome covered arena during the rain providing
an event is not renting the Equidome.
Full boarding is on a month-to-month basis. Board
payments are due on the 1st day of each month. A refundable
security deposit
matching one month’s board is required and will be
returned providing a 15-day notice of departure is given.
If board is paid in full for a full year a five (5%) percent
discount will be given.
Temporary boarding must be coordinated and approved in
advance by Dale Perkins, Boarding Manager at (818) 333-1416.
Temporary board including feed, bedding, stall cleaning
and limited use of the facility is $30.00 per horse per
day. Temporary board in the show barns includes only a
stall and limited use of the facility is $20.00 per horse
per day.
